- Precision Mold Drawing: Designed by our in-house professional design team, provided to clients for confirmation.
- Premium Material Procurement & Manufacturing: Using Japanese imported special heat-resistant steel materials, precision manufactured with CNC milling machines.
Phase 3: Precision Die Casting & Mass Production
We are equipped with the most complete die-casting equipment to handle various complex zinc and aluminum alloy products, from prototype trials to large-scale mass production.
- Mold Assembly & Inspection: After mold machining is complete, assembly and pre-production inspection are performed.
- 135T to 800T Equipment: Producing products weighing 1g to 6000g with precision up to +/- 0.005mm.
Phase 4: Precision Machining & Post-processing
Die-cast products typically require further machining and surface treatment to meet final requirements. Internal integration of secondary processes shortens lead times.
